Employee Wellness: View our Wellness Connection website, and look for upcoming announcements in December on our 2020 health and wellness strategy to help you on your personal path to wellness. Featured wellness opportunities: A Mindful 2020 – register for the mind-body stress reduction mindfulness courses. Healthy Eating – find healthy options at our weekly Community Supported Agriculture events, and the Farmers Market. More information on mind/body programming and resources to look for in 2020!
