Employee relations professionals offer faculty and staff a wealth of support, including consultation, policy guidance, conflict resolution and training to facilitate a mutually respectful work environment for all. In addition, the Employee Relations team functions as the primary area for investigating Human Resources’ policy violations and reviewing employee concerns.
