The Employee Relations Team – How we help

The Employee Relations team works on behalf of all employees to help ensure positive working relationships throughout the University. Employee relations professionals offer faculty and staff a wealth of support, including consultation, policy guidance, conflict resolution and training to facilitate a mutually respectful work environment for all. In addition, the Employee Relations team functions as the primary area for investigating Human Resources’ policy violations and reviewing employee concerns.

The Office of Human Resources – Employee Relations is committed to serving its role in an impartial and unbiased manner, favoring neither the employee nor management.
