Fostering effective performance management

Performance management is a fundamental management process that helps shape how employees view and do their work at Washington University.

As a manager, you should approach performance management as an ongoing process that brings out the best in staff members as they meet your group’s goals.

To learn more about how to conduct performance management reviews, Human Resources offers several training courses.
