Kim Patterson joined the Wellness Champions in December of 2017, and since then has initiated several wellness events for her department at the Cortex. Most recently, Kim partnered with Wellness Connection to host a De-Stress Zone in August where 60+ members of Physicians Billing attended and relaxed with a chair massage, healthy snacks, and met with Onsite Nurse Advocate Teresa Fisher.
Kim stays motivated to champion wellness in her department by the smiles and positive feedback from her colleagues after hosting events like the De-Stress Zone or Healthy Hump Day events. These events inspire Kim and her co-workers to embrace a holistic approach to wellness.
