March is National Nutrition Month

In recognition of National Nutrition Month, Wellness Connection brings you educational sessions and opportunities to learn how you can embrace nutritious eating habits. Washington University’s MyWay to Health wellness consultants will walk you through recipes and teach you how to prepare and cook healthy, easy meals.

Events will take place across WashU campuses:

MyWay to Health Workshop: Small Changes to Improve your health
Tuesday, March 19, 2019, 12-1pm, Brown School, Brown Lounge

This Wellness Workshop will focus on how small changes can add up and improve your health. At the workshop, you will be able to:

  • Identify ways to meet your daily fruit and vegetable goal
  • Describe how your plate compares to MyPlate
  • Discover ways to be physically active that fit your lifestyle

My Way to Health Workshop: Healthy Meals in 10 minutes
Wednesday, March 27, 2019, 12-1pm, Mid Campus Center, Suite 2100

This workshop will help you discover the benefits of healthy eating. We will show you how easy it is to make healthy meals in 10 minutes. To prove that it will take 10-minutes or less, we will do everything in real time. Come see if we can beat the clock!
