Complete the weekly challenge for the chance to win a $15 Visa Gift Card. Ten winners will be chosen each week.

Week One (March 25-March 31): Earn a total of 30,000 steps or more this week. Use the activity conversion function for capturing the way you move!

Week Two (April 1-April 7): Post your favorite mocktail recipe or your preferred alternative to alcohol. Bonus point if you post a picture of the drink to the Wellness Wall.

Week Three (April 8-April 14): Post a picture or recipe of your favorite healthy dessert or sweet treat to the Wellness Wall! Bonus point for attending either virtually or in person at the MyWay to Health workshop.

Week Four (April 15-April 21): Relax and decompress. Share your favorite trail or place to walk outside on the Wellness Wall.

Week Five (April 22-April 28): Share one thing you to help you get a good night’s sleep to the Wellness Wall.

Week Six (April 29-May 5): Read about the 8ight Ways to Wellness and share one thing you learned during this challenge to the Wellness Wall. Bonus point if you include a sweaty selfie with yourself, friends, family or co-workers.

In addition to the weekly challenges, participants have the opportunity to earn a Visa gift card based on the number of points they earn in the challenge:

90-120 points: $5.00

121-150: $10.00

151-180: $15.00

181-210: $20.00
