Your 2024 W-2 forms are now available in Workday. Below is an overview of the availability of other tax documents:
W-2 Forms
W-2 forms are now accessible electronically in Workday. Follow these step-by-step instructions to view your form. If you opted for both electronic and paper copies, your paper W-2 will be mailed by Jan. 31, 2025, to the home address listed in Workday.
1095-C Forms
1095-C forms will be mailed by March 2, 2025, to the home address listed in Workday.
Stipend Letters
If you received a stipend in 2024, your stipend letter will be available in Workday by Jan. 31, 2025.
1042-S Forms
For resident and non-resident aliens expecting a 1042-S form, it will be mailed by March 15, 2025, to the home address listed in Workday. Active workers can access their 1042-S forms via FNIS.
