W-2s are available as of Jan. 31, 2023. Employees can access an electronic copy in Workday. Non-employees can also access in Workday or should hav received a mailed W-2 to the home address on file.
1095-C forms are available as of March 2, 2023, in Workday for employees who have consented to receive them electronically. Otherwise, mailed 1095-C forms were mailed to the home address on file in Workday.
1042-S forms were mailed March 15, 2023. Questions should be emailed to Payroll at CFU-InternationalPayroll@email.wustl.edu.
Form W-4 updates for calendar year 2023 must have been completed in Workday by Feb. 21, 2023. A new W-4 is required by law to continue to claim exempt in 2023. Refer to the Manage Withholding Elections tutorial.
