Flu Vaccine Policy Reminder
Getting the flu vaccine is an important public health measure to protect yourself and our community from the disease.  As in prior years, the flu vaccine may be required based on your work location and/or position. Visit flu.washu.edu to learn if you’re required to receive the vaccine and find more information.

Benefits Open Enrollment begins Oct. 31
The annual benefits open enrollment process will run from Oct. 31 to Nov. 15, 2024. Additional information will be provided via email in late October.

COVID-19 vaccine requirement for new employees

Effective Aug. 2, 2024, Washington University in St. Louis has decided to no longer require new employees to provide proof of, or receive, a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment. The COVID-19 vaccine will still be offered and encouraged.
