Cooking with Herbs & Spices: School of Medicine Campus

This Wellness Workshop will highlight ways to use a variety of herbs and spices to boost the flavor of foods. We will discuss how to build a diversified spice cabinet to keep the amount of salt we consume at a healthy level.

This Wellness Workshop will demonstrate how to create nutritious and delicious smoothies featuring seasonal produce. We will also discuss the nutritional profiles of dairy and milk alternatives.
