Advocate for a workplace culture of well-being in your department! Wellness Champions are WashU employees who are passionate about leading a culture of wellness within your department at the university.
Who We Are
The Wellness Champion Network is a diverse group of volunteers who represent the larger WashU community. We welcome differences in our champions in the form of race, ethnicity, disability or genetic information, neurodiversity, geography, socioeconomic status, age, political views, religion, philosophy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, and job roles & responsibilities.
WashU Wellness Champions help to promote the 8ight Ways to Wellness while also addressing the unique needs of their department. We work with you and your supervisor through the application process and open a line of dialogue to discuss the benefits of having a Champion at the work site.
