WashU Medicine’s Office of Human Resources will relocate to 4511 Forest Park Ave., 2nd floor, Suite 200, effective March 7, 2025.
The WashU Medicine I-9 team will be closed for appointments on Friday, March 7, and Monday, March 10. The team will resume in-person appointments on Tuesday, March 11, at the new location. New hires are encouraged to complete the I-9 process during this period at HR’s main location, The Link in the Loop (621 N. Skinker Blvd.). Appointments can be made online; walk-ins are also accepted.
WashU employees are still welcome to drop by the new HR location for any HR needs or questions. Wayfinding signage will be displayed at the MCC location during the transition period. You are welcome to call HR at 314-935-2332 and/or contact HR Operations with questions.
