WashU has partnered with Awardco to provide faculty and staff with a digital employee recognition platform. Through this platform you can send any faculty or staff, or an entire team, a digital thank you: a WashU Kudos! ​​

  • Recognize an individual or team by posting a WashU Kudos! ​
  • Share a memory or farewell message on a Retiring Colleague’s Memory Book​.
    Managers, please email HREvents@wustl.edu to create a memory book.
  • Celebrate your milestone anniversary during our Length of Service Program & choose a gift to redeem online.

Post a WashU Kudo Now!​

  1. Login with your WUSTL key at washu.awardco.com.
  2. Select a recipient to recognize and post your message and/or an image. They will receive an email notification.
  3. View, filter, react to, and comment on kudos in the recognition feed​.
  4. Add a home screen icon to your mobile device for on-the-go/easy access. Learn more
