COVID-19 Testing Covered at 100%
COVID-19 screening testing is a covered health service with no patient cost-share for all of the WashU medical plan options (copays, coinsurance and/or deductibles are waived). You may obtain a screening at no cost to you or your covered dependents when directed by your physician and if your symptoms meet the recommended screening criteria per the CDC for the COVID-19 virus.
Virtual Visits/Telehealth Coverage
Virtual Visits are a covered health service under the WashU medical plans through UnitedHealthcare at the same cost as an in-person office visit. Access virtual visits online or by call the number on the back of your UnitedHealthcare Identification Card.

Prescription Drug Home Delivery
Home Delivery of your maintenance prescription medications is a covered service under all of the WashU medical plan options and available through Express Scripts at a reduced cost when compared to retail pharmacies.
