W-2 Forms
W-2 forms are now accessible electronically in Workday, for employees who opted-in to electronic delivery. Follow these step-by-step instructions to view your form. If you opted for both electronic and paper copies, your paper W-2 will be mailed by Jan. 31, 2026, to the home address listed in Workday.
Stipend Letters
If you received a stipend in 2025, your stipend letter will be available in Workday by Jan. 31, 2026. Active workers can search for the Maintain My Worker Documents task to access their Stipend Letter. Inactive workers can search Stipend Letter to access their stipend letter.
1042-S Forms
For resident and non-resident aliens who expect to receive a 2025 1042-S form, it will be available by March 15, 2026, and mailed to the home address listed in Workday. Active workers can access their 1042-S forms via FNIS.
1095-C Forms
If you did not consent to electronic delivery of your 1095-C form, it will be mailed to your home address listed in Workday by March 2, 2026. If you consented to receive your 1095-C form electronically, you will be notified by email when the form is available in Equifax.
Deadlines that have passed
- Electronic opt-in for 1095-C form must have been completed by Dec. 31, 2025.
- Electronic-only opt-in for W-2 form must have been completed for electronic-only delivery by Dec. 31, 2025. View the Change your Printing Elections tutorial for future documents.
