Nancy Donohoo

Previously, she spent 17 years as a partner at national healthcare executive search firms, including Grant Cooper HealthCare and Cejka Search, where she conducted engagements on behalf of integrated delivery systems, life sciences companies, health plans, and high growth companies.

Nancy has worked with a wide range of clients including non-profit organizations, academic medical centers, as well as publicly traded companies with a focus on senior executive talent and physician executives. Over the course of her career, Nancy has served many prominent clients including: GE HealthCare; Pfizer; Mallinckrodt; CIGNA; Aetna; UPMC Health Plan; Nationwide Children’s/Ohio State University; and Children’s HealthCare of Atlanta/Emory University.

Outside the search industry, Nancy held leadership roles at United HealthCare, Coventry and KV Pharmaceutical. Early in her career, she founded, built and later sold a corporate wellness and fitness outsourcing company providing staffing and programming to GM, Ford Motor and other Fortune 500 companies.

Nancy currently serves as an advisory board member to WBL (Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation). Previously she served on the board of the HBA (Healthcare Business Women’s Association), including President of the St. Louis Chapter.

Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in business/industrial communications as well as a Masters in Education. She is a certified as an executive coach and a behavioral interviewing instructor.
