Lisa Tigges is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for healthy, delicious eating. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a Culinary Emphasis from Saint Louis University, where she subsequently completed her Dietetic Internship. Upon graduating, she relocated to Washington DC to work at a non-profit organization providing nutrition and meal support to individuals challenged with life-threatening illnesses. Lisa later pursued a master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama and returned to St. Louis to work at Washington University School of Medicine. As the lead dietitian for the MyWay to Health employee wellness program at WashU, Lisa empowers individuals with nutrition knowledge and kitchen confidence to help individuals discover their personal path to wellness.
