Krista Rogan, MS, RD, LD

Krista received her B.S. in Dietetics from Fontbonne University in 2016 and her MS in Sports Nutrition from Florida State University in 2018. She was previously a Performance Dietician at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2018 – 2019, Saint Louis University from 2019 – 2022, and the University of Missouri at Columbia from 2022 – 2024. Krista played NCAA Division I Volleyball at the University of Tennessee at Martin before pursuing an education in nutrition. She is passionate about helping clients reach their health and wellness goals with multi-faceted creative, practical, and effective solutions.
