Julie has more than 30 years working in and consulting for academia, telecommunications, and the aerospace industries. Leading with the values of respect, integrity and transparency, her career includes executive leadership positions in engineering, operations, program management, research and development, and human resources. Julie has partnered with senior leaders on designing & deploying leader-led transitional change for their organizations. Her passion is collaborating with leaders, their organizations and the teams to enable them to understand purpose and find both individual and organizational success. Her technical background, and viewing organizational products & people from a multitude of functional viewpoints, allows for a “systems” view of situations and has led to sustainable organization solutions for all. 

Julie earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Wichita State University. Additionally, she completed a Harvard Executive Education Program in Finance and Program Management.
