Joanie works collaboratively with hiring managers to determine and implement effective recruitment plans to identify qualified candidates for positions in clinical research, finance, accounting/purchasing, grants, professional level, and director/manager level positions primarily at the School of Medicine. She also assists displaced and transfer candidates in their search for other positions in these job families at the University.
