Glenn is a Human Resources leader with 18+ years’ experience in both industry and consulting. He specializes in HR strategy & operations, in partnership with modernizing HR programs and service delivery on a global scale. Glenn has a passion for identifying and accounting for change management needs as part of modernization efforts to ensure the best possible employee experience.
Glenn joined Washington University after spending five years in Seattle, WA working for a consulting organization where he spent most of that time working with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on modernizing their HR operations in the area of talent and performance.
Glenn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology & Elementary Education, as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. Glenn is a Prosci certified Change Practitioner, a certified Scrum Master, and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). He also has both a DiSC and Hogan Assessment certification to utilize in his work.
