With over a decade of learning and development, human resources and leadership experience, Ashley is passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning that inspires and empowers employees to actively build skills and competencies to help them thrive personally and professionally. Her role is responsible for developing and operationalizing a variety of blended learning programs that align with WashU competencies and improve the performance of employees and the organization as a whole. Through her work, she emphasizes a holistic approach to developmentthat is not just about education, but also true behavior change, self-awareness, exposure to real-world problems, and connections to people. Ashley’s credentials include a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification, a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and an ELI Certified Instructor of Civil Treatment.
