Andrea Nelson, MBA

Andrea has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources with direct leadership experience. Throughout her career, Andrea has focused on the disciplines of Leadership and Organizational Development. She has designed, delivered, and deployed both leadership development curriculum and critical strategic talent development processes. She has built and deployed culture transformation programs, implemented Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID) strategies, and incorporated wellness and energy in client organizations. As a certified leadership coach, Andrea partners with leaders to enhance their self-awareness and build development plans aligned to their desired outcomes.

Andrea is a certified Dare to Lead Facilitator in the work of Dr. Brené Brown. She earned her Master of Business Administration and her Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in international business.
