Allie is a Registered Dietitian for My Way to Health. She received her B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She completed her internship with Georgia Southern University with an emphasis in School Nutrition. Her background is in weight management and Bariatric surgery population. Through evidenced based education and mindful healthy habits, Allie helps individuals to reach their personal health goals.
