The Leadership Excellence and Development Program (LEAD) is currently being targeted to more seasoned leaders who are responsible for coaching and leading front-line leaders. These are leaders who incorporate university strategy and mission into their team’s deliverables and do planning ranging between three to five years into the future.

LEAD will cover a variety of leadership topics using a four week model that utilizes in-person facilitated learning sessions, time with a senior leader, team coaching, and reflection with a designated small group.

The Institute for Leadership Excellence is proud to recognize the participants in the second Leadership Excellence and Development Program (LEAD) cohort.
