All skills testing/assessments conducted should be facilitated through Human Resources, must be job-related and align closely with the specific requirements and duties of the position in order to help the hiring manager identify the best-qualified candidate for the position. This ensures that candidates are evaluated fairly and accurately based on their ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Tests and/or assessments should be administered consistently to all applicants under consideration.
