Course Description:
In an era of great uncertainty, here’s some good news: with practice, we can all become more resilient.
During this course, we’ll explore the nature of resilience by examining both theory and research. Then, we’ll engage in two activities that could be used in a workplace or a personal setting to identify existing sources of resilience and develop a resilience plan for the future.
Target Audience : This class is for all Washington University in St. Louis staff employees (Leading Self, Others, or the Organization )
