Staff members celebrating 30-, 35-, 40-, 45-, 50- and 55 years of service are celebrated at WashU’s in-person recognition gala. Staff members honored with the university’s distinguished honor awards and other awards will also be recognized onstage by senior leadership.

Our length of service milestone recipients can expect to be presented with a milestone certificate. A photographer will be on-site to capture moments from the event.

Business dress is recommended.

Join us for drinks and appetizers beginning at 5:30 p.m. A dinner buffet will begin at 6:15 p.m. followed by our recognition program.

Valet parking is available for all guests.

Garage parking is also available onsite at the City Foundry’s parking garage. Once you park, please go to the ground floor and enter the Food Hall building. ADA parking is available on the first floor of the parking garage and an elevator is also available in the garage.

The event will be held in 18Rails, which is located on the west side (nearest IKEA). You may reference the aerial photo below that outlines the parking garage and walking paths to the Food Hall building. Directional signage will be displayed to help you and your guest find your way to the event on June 1. More information, including a video tour, is also available online.
