This course is a part of the “Mind Your Growth” mini-series, a set of dynamic 60-minute sessions designed to equip you with fresh in-demand skills just in time for the new year. Whether you’re looking to grow your leadership capabilities, boost your professional toolkit, prepare for new opportunities, or kick-start a new habit, these sessions are tailored to support your personal and professional development goals.
Course Description:
Imagine transforming your everyday work experiences into powerful learning opportunities! This 60 minute mini session will explore the 70-20-10 model of learning to highlight the value of experiential and social learning in your professional journey. Participants will uncover practical strategies to enhance personal growth beyond formal training, as well as actionable tools to take charge of your own development and cultivate a mindset of continuous learning. Embrace new opportunities for growth and unlock your potential in the workplace!
Facilitator: Katie Nolen, Learning and Development Consultant
Katie is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and facilitating learning programs that allow all employees to reach their full potential in an inclusive, supportive environment. She is a life-long learner and uses her background in education to help staff develop skills and competencies for both professional and personal success.

No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations received less than five (5) business days prior to scheduled class will result in a $50 cancellation fee charged to their department. If you’re no longer able to attend, please drop your registration in Workday Learning.
