Emerging Leaders Program
The Emerging Leaders Program is designed for staff who manage individual contributors and/or complex initiatives. Ideally, participants have less than 5 years of experience as a leader and are seeking an opportunity to build skills to have a more intentional approach to leadership in their direct sphere of influence through hands-on collaboration with others. Leadership Excellence and Development Program
The Leadership Excellence and Development Program is designed for staff who have more than 5 years of leadership experience and at least 3 direct reports. Ideally, participants are managers of managers and are seeking a development opportunity to have a stronger leadership impact multiple layers out from their immediate scope of influence.
