John has over 25 years of leadership experience in higher education, government administration, nonprofits and independent organizational consulting. He has led efforts in leadership coaching, design and delivery of development solutions, team building, employee engagement and human resource functions.
John uses a variety of assessment tools to provide individuals and teams insight for growth. These include the StrengthScope, The Leadership Challenge, DiSC and Hogan Assessments. He holds a Master of Arts in Business Management with an emphasis in organizational leadership.
