Learn your numbers and earn rewards! A routine preventive care screening is key in promoting health and detecting disease early.
For optimal health, each of us should be armed with as much information about our body as possible. Knowing your current blood pressure, cholesterol levels and other key biometrics can empower us to make informed decisions about our lifestyle.
Visit Your Primary Care Provider
Your primary care provider is a critical member of your personal wellness team. They monitor your overall health and help you make progress toward your goals. Talk with your provider about what health screenings are appropriate for you and when you should have them. You and your physician should also discuss the best approach to helping you make important changes to your lifestyle. Your WebMD Health Coaches are a valuable tool for complementing the relationship with your medical team. Learn more about Health Coaching and discuss if this program is right for you!
