We have hired experts in the health and wellness fields to guide and support our employees through the stages of behavior change. Together, we focus on a variety of wellness areas, including nutrition, exercise, preventive screenings, smoking cessation, stress reduction and managing chronic health conditions. It doesn’t matter if you have a simple question or need ongoing support, we want to help you!

Our WebMD Health Coaches are a dedicated duo with graduate degrees in health promotion and receive continuing education in evidence-based coaching techniques. They can help you set goals and work toward improved decision-making regarding a number of different topics.

After you make the initial contact, either over the phone or via the Wellness at Your Side secure app, Amy or Todd will establish consistent support for as long as you want it. You keep the same Coach for each of your interactions.

I have been a health coach at WebMD for over 2 years and have been a part of the weight management team for most of that time. I practice yoga daily, and I have been teaching classes at local studios (first in Nebraska and currently in Indiana) since 2013.

I also ran long distance in college, competing at the Division I level in both cross country and track. In graduate school, I taught undergraduate courses in stress management and healthy living.

I have been a Health Educator with WebMD for 2 years, including 1 year on the Tobacco Cessation team. I was a health coach with my own Wellness Center for several years before that. I enjoyed offering programs locally for healthy eating and managing stress, at the library, for professional meetings. I teach a Tai Chi class for stress management at the Senior Center, churches, the YMCA and rec center, and have even done a 6 week course for our Indianapolis Zoo employees!

I have two children, a senior in high school and a junior in college at Ball State University. I also have a dog and a cat that help keep me happy. I love to hike in the woods, camp, bike, travel, read, try to garden, and support local, whole foods via a delivery program.
