New Physical Activity Challenge –  10K-A-Day!

10K-A-Day is a fun-filled walking tour that takes you to some of the world’s most fascinating cities. The activity is self-paced and fits people of all abilities. If walking isn’t possible, be as active as you can in whatever ways you enjoy. Enter the activity and minutes in the Log and 10K-A-Day does the conversion for you.

As you strive for 10,000 daily steps, you’ll stop at exciting tourist hot spots each day — from ancient fortresses to seaside parks. Along the way you’ll improve health and overall well-being while moving toward feeling your best.

About Our New Wellness Challenge Partner – Health Enhancement Systems

New in 2019, we have partnered with Health Enhancement Systems (HES) to provide a variety of fun challenges for benefits-eligible WashU employees.  HES is a leading provider of well-being campaigns for workplaces. Since 1992, they have specialized in theme-based web and mobile well-being programs that are challenging, social, and grounded in health behavior science.
