About Employee Wellness
The health and well being of Washington University employees is a priority. You are essential to achieving our missions of research, teaching and patient care. WashU strives to provide a valuable employee experience – one that helps you thrive at work and outside of work.
The Wellness Connection team is focused on enabling healthy minds and bodies. Our program provides opportunities for faculty, staff, clinical fellows and post doctoral associates to set high standards for physical and emotional health decision-making. We aim to foster the culture of wellness that is a positive example for our students and our community.
Our team of registered dietitians, a mindfulness consultant, registered nurse and health promotion professionals brings expertise across a wide spectrum of wellness topics. We collaborate with campus experts and community partners to offer evidence-based programs where employees can assess their current health status, engage in year-round health education programs, set goals for improving health decision-making, and track progress.
Participation in Wellness Connection programs is a benefit to employees and there are opportunities to earn rewards when you complete certain activities. There is no requirement for you to participate, but your privacy is protected when you do.
