Larry has over 30 years of experience in corporate roles and private consulting. His experience includes domestic and international executive coaching, leadership and organization development, design and delivery of training solutions, strategic planning, team building, employee engagement, human resource functions, and marketing. Larry is an adjunct professor at Webster University and Saint Louis University at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the field of human resources.
Larry is Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)-qualified, and certified in the Profiler 360, Insights into Personal Effectiveness, Insights Transformational Leadership, Developmental Dimensions International (DDI), and Hogan Assessments. He holds a Doctorate in organizational leadership, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
