Carla S. Becherer

Carla answers questions for the Danforth schools and CFU regarding staff compensation, including job descriptions, grades and titles, and helps set pay for employee promotions, and new hires. She reviews and approves pay changes in HRMS and can answer questions regarding policies, HRMS entries, and status of title or pay adjustments. Carla also responds to questions regarding exempt/non-exempt status.
