Thank You to Everyone Who Participated in Our First Employee Learning Week at WashU!
Employee Learning Week is an awareness campaign highlighting the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results. Training is more important now than ever before. The growing skills gap and increased need to compete in today’s economy require organizations to develop a knowledgeable and highly skilled workforce. Human Resources’ Learning and Development hosted various events across campus in support of your lifelong learning.
If you participated, we would love to hear how! Please share with us what learning activities you engaged in, what events you attended, and how you recognized learners in the workplace. Send your feedback, learning stories, or fun pictures of what you did throughout the week to HR_Learning_and_Development@wustl.edu.
Thank you to our internal development partners: University College, Brown School, S.T.A.R. Program – Research Administration, HR Wellness team, and the Technology and Leadership Center – School of Engineering.

We look forward to hosting Learning Week again next year. Until then, keep learning and growing!
