Learning and Development Courses Moving to Learn@Work

Learning and Development staff and management courses transitioned to Learn@Work. The new course schedule is now online, register today!

Learn@Work helps to enhance the learning experience for Washington University employees. With this transition to Learn@Work, all learning will be in one place. Register or drop classes, check progress, as well as view your entire comprehensive learning transcript in your Learn@Work profile. Learn@Work also empowers managers to lead with new capabilities to assign courses and track staff progress through the “My Team” feature.

Continued learning is key to your professional growth. Gain skills, network with colleagues from across the university and strengthen your career. Log in to Learn@Work with your WUSTL key and begin your learning experience.

For Staff

To register for courses, log in to Learn@Work with your WUSTL key and find a specific course or view all HR course course offerings. Look for the “staff courses” icon. Follow the “Register Now in Learn@Work” link to the course registration page in Learn@Work. When you are in Learn@Work, click “Enroll Now” to add the course to your plan. In your Learn@Work profile, you can view your assigned and upcoming courses. You can also drop courses now – keeping in mind the No-Show/Late Cancellation policy:  There will be a charge equal to the registration fee to cover the cost of materials for no-shows and late cancellations (less than 5 business days prior to class).  For classes with no registration fee, this charge is $50. For help with Learn@Work, view the support tips

For staff, please note that you must have time off and fees approved by your supervisor to register for courses.

For Managers

Managers can follow the same process for registration in Learn@Work as staff, but look for the “management courses” icon.

New feature for Managers: Using your My Team Page in Learn@Work! Learn@Work empowers managers to lead by making it simple to assign courses key to helping staff develop their skills and achieve departmental goals. Assign staff to courses and track their progress through Learn@Work
