Family Care

As an employee, you have access to child care and elder care benefits, as well as an array of family tips, tools and WashU expert-led courses and articles aimed at helping you take care of your family.

Special note on child and family back up care: For benefit-eligible employees, we have increased the number of uses of Back Up Care through Bright Horizons for faculty and staff from 15 to 30 uses per calendar year.
