To make an onsite appointment:

1.Visit https://connect.wustl.edu/healthadvocate(Enter WUSTLKey)

2.Click “Schedule” under the “Attend an Onsite Health Screening Event”option

3.Choose a locationin the drop-down menu, choose a date, and select a timeand click “Submit.”

4.Read over the Consent to Participate and sign your name electronically
