This course is a part of the Self-Leadership Learning Path, a curated learning journey for WashU staff who want to lead with purpose, confidence and impact – no matter their role. This path offers six engaging instructor-led workshops (available virtually and in person) and three flexible on-demand courses, all designed to help you build the mindset, skillset and habits to lead from within. The sessions within the path do not need to be taken in a specific order, allowing you to progress at your own pace and based on your interests.  These courses are available to all WashU staff and faculty at all levels.

Course Description: It’s a scary time, but not a hopeless one.  Navigating change in the workplace with confidence involves developing a resilient mindset and employing strategies to adapt effectively. • Share your experiences and concerns
  • Developing Resilience and Adaptability:
