In this 2-part lunch workshop series David Marchant and Meg Krejci offer strategies for surviving zoom life; Combining Mindfulness approaches and the Alexander Technique, we will address topics such as breathing, finding a more effortless posture, and how to set up a more ergonomic workstation.
