Emotional intelligence (EI) plays a critical role in our personal and professional relationships. This course serves as an introduction to the fundamental concepts and practices of emotional intelligence, providing learners with a comprehensive understanding of its significance in personal and professional development. According to researcher Daniel Goleman, there are four key components that make up emotional intelligence. Throughout the course learners will explore these various components of emotional intelligence.

  •  Emotional Intelligence Definition & Model
  •  4 Key Components of Emotional Intelligence
  •  Importance in Relationships & the Workplace

By the end of the course, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and developed practical skills to enhance their self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship awareness abilities. Participants will be better equipped to navigate social and professional interactions with greater insight, empathy, and effectiveness, ultimately leading to improved personal and organizational outcomes.
