In an effort to develop and retain a workforce of healthy, productive individuals, Washington University offers a variety of programs to help faculty and staff strike an effective balance between the demands of work and the commitments and concerns of life beyond their jobs. From child and elder care information and referrals to employee assistance, valuable resources are available to help eligible members of the WUSTL community succeed on- and off-campus.
United Way Campaign
Through strong leadership and committed volunteer involvement, the United Way helps ensure the effectiveness of the programs and services of the more than 200 agencies it funds. More than 90 percent of donations go directly to organizations that provide services for children, the elderly, people with special needs, disaster relief, special education, therapy and much, much more.
Each fall, the University conducts an employee campaign to raise funds in support of the United Way of Greater St. Louis. We hope you will join your colleagues in pledging to help this worthy cause.
