BJC Wellaware Center

The BJC Wellaware Center offers a complete fitness program including classes on aerobics, and yoga and mat Pilates. Specialized programs such as the 10-Week Body Make-Over, Personal Training, Nutritional Counseling, and Massage Therapy are also available. If you need motivation or guidance, the BJC Wellaware Center has certified exercise specialists or physiologists who can provide a personalized touch to your fitness experience and help you achieve your fitness goals. Each new member receives a comprehensive fitness evaluation and a personalized exercise program as part of their membership.

The Center of Clayton

The Center of Clayton is a 149,000 square foot recreation center featuring two pools, four gymnasiums, fitness center, climbing wall, power lifting room, an indoor track, and a variety of programs. All Washington University faculty and staff members are eligible to receive the discounted corporate membership rate at all Clayton Parks and Recreation facilities. With eight convenient 24-hour locations in the metro area, Gold's Gym takes pride in providing state of the art workout facilities to help you achieve any fitness goal. All facilities offer free group classes, free fitness consultation, and free childcare. Other amenities include lap pool, basketball court, and cardio cinema.

Irene Walter Johnson Rehabilitation Building (IWJ)

Located on the fifth floor of the IWJ Building at 509 South Euclid Ave., this facility has a walking track available as well as organized aerobics and cardio classes taught by YMCA instructors. It is open from 10:30 until 2:30 Monday through Friday - for those on the Medical School campus, this is a good option during the lunch hour. Access to the facility is free and classes range from $28/per session to $70 for an unlimited pass. E-mail for more information.
